WHAT SPARKED THE FOLLOWING ARTICLES AFTER THIS ONE

I WROTE THIS IN RESPONSE TO A HALF BAKED REWRITE OF HISTORY BY A “PROGRESSIVE”  I FIND IT HIGHLY AMUSING THEY KEEP CHANGING THEIR TITLE BECAUSE THEY CAN’T REALLY BE HONEST AND TELL US WHAT THEY REALLY INTEND!!

HISTORY CHECK!!

Ike pulled out of Korea after the amistice was agreed to, thereby Defeating the N. Koreans AND Communist China. Thereby defeating the expansionist policies of the Chinese and Soviet Russia!! I would call that one a win. Truman was scared Crapless of the Russians because they became a NUCLEAR POWER IN 1949, REMEMBER??!!??  Ike whacked them around enough so that they remembered, we could kick their azzes and WOULD if they so chose!! The Russians were losing pilots at a ten to one ratio as an example, if you want one!! The N.Koreans at a ratio no one knows, because they won’t admit losing ANY!! A ground force one third the size of the Chicoms and N.K.regulars, handed their azzes to them. So, once again, I would call that one a win!!

In 1969, after his inauguration, Nixon suddenly became the reason for the war in Viet Nam….??? How the hell did that happen??!!??

In 2004 When running for president even John ( i served in Viet Nam ) Kerry told a bulls*** story of being inside Cambodia watching the bombing before Christmas 1968 and wondering if we, as Americans, knew of Nixon’s “invasion of Cambodia”!!  Nixon did NOT become president till JANUARY OF 1969!!! But that didn’t stop Kerry’s moonbats from Believing the story, did it??!!??

Any way, he ( Nixon ) kept the negotiations going with the N. Vietnamese for a cessation of hostilities and a cease fire. Remember the year that was wasted while negotiating the shape of the table?? I DO!! The Paris Talks that were repeatedly stalled every time the American press stepped up the diatribe against Nixon’s policies??? I DO!! Remember how they were driven back to the table repeatedly by bombing the crap out of them??? I DO!!!

We lost that war, not by any missapplied force of arms, but because of our own left leaning press and those like Hanoi Jane, who got popular, and ran with it. They, the Vietnamese could not defeat us, they were going to sign the agreements, after the Tet offensive. We destroyed the Viet Cong, and their infrastructure, almost totally, and two complete divisions of N.V.A. regulars and all their equipment. The American press called it the biggest defeat in American history!! And, pounded and pounded, the drums of defeat, just as we all, who possess a memory, know they did.

Gen. Giap watched all this, and told the negotiators in Paris to wait one week before giving the letters of agreement to the Americans at Paris. One week later, they decided to let it play out. It did, Nixon and all the rest, ( except those like me )listened to the Dan Blathers and threw in the towel. The rest of the lives and treasure spent to no accord were thrown away as the South, dispirited and facing defeat, never again posed a real force for resistance. 1975 told the tale as the power of the American press, along with the N. Vietnamese were victorious!!

In 1995 In an interview with an A.B.C. interviewer I REFUSE TO PUT THE BAS**** name at the end of my fingers!! Giap told the story of how we came within a week of winning that war.

The “interviewer” tried to interrupt, and was not allowed to, as the tale, along with the incriminating ( for us ) documents, were displayed and the reasons given by the ONE MAN who read the American public so cleverly, and so devastatingly!! Back in 1968.

This current conflict suffers from the same defects. Being played out like some video game, as we were told to fill the malls. This while body bags are being filled, once again, with our soldiers!! Now that we might win, the press is nowhere to be found, AIN’T THAT CONVENIENT!!
It turns a little hot, in Afghanistan and the reporters are like fleas under a camels saddle, AIN’T THAT CONVENIENT!!

Those are FACTS!!! They are in the RECORD, you and anybody else can continue to deny them because of the shame that they carry, for those actions of then, and now,  but they are still FACTS!!

Nasty, pernicious, persevering,revealing and DAMNING, but FACTS, and until socialism is here to stay, (next Wednesday we will learn our possible fate ) will stay FACTS. Then, if we take the course it seems we will, they can be swept away with all the other inconvenient FACTS, of socialism’s failures. World wide, throughout history, and sit back and wait for our own destruction. As misguided fools try once again for utopia, by discounting human nature.
